Property Claims

When lodging a claim in respect of damages sustained to your property it is important to notify us of your loss immediately.

In the meantime, preventive emergency measures are to be undertaken so as to ensure that the loss is minimized as much as possible to avoid further damage. No such property being claimed should be disposed or destroyed prior to obtaining our approval so as to ensure that we are able to settle your claim.

In the case of thefts or attempted thefts, a police report will also need to be lodged.

Upon receiving your notification, we shall be able to evaluate your particular circumstances and will provide our guidance in accordance to your needs.
