We will do our best to answer to your claim, large or small, in 24 hours or less, either by phone or in person. We will assess the loss and get the claim-handling process started for you. We will listen to your concerns and do whatever we can to help you prevent further damage, if possible.
- QUICK PAYMENT
For covered losses, our goal is to agree on a fair and equitable settlement amount as quickly as we can. Once agreement has been reached, we typically issue you with a cheque within two days.
